Inspired by Southern California and Texas’ Gulf Coast, Chef Richardson has curated an honest and transparent menu celebrating the delicacy of seafood. Offerings showcase clean flavors, seasonal components and complementary pairings of sweet and delicate with robust and savory. The menu will travel seasonally with interpretations from coasts around the world.
Fresh ingredients and subtle execution are the pillars of a communal experience. As much a kitchen as a cocktail lounge, bar service will continue late night and features an in-house wine cellar, curated by Karina Lopez, and craft cocktails.
